Built to save founders time

The full hiring lifecycle — sourced, vetted, and delivered. We do the work. You make the call.

01

We do the sifting

Our team reviews applications and runs first-round interviews, so you only spend time on candidates who are actually worth meeting — and we make sure everyone we introduce has what it takes to succeed in the role.

02

We verify — not just claims

We check references and run background verification on every candidate we introduce. We confirm it ourselves, we don't just take their word for it.

03

Work-ready from day one

We confirm each candidate has a solid workstation and the right technology for the role — like a noise-cancelling headset — so they're ready to perform from the start.

04

An intro video or audio from every candidate

Every candidate on your shortlist comes with an intro video or audio, plus our interview notes and scores. Pick straight from the shortlist, or take candidates further yourself — it's up to you.

05

Built for urgent hiring

Need someone starting soon? Tell us your timeline and we prioritize sourcing and screening accordingly.

06

Guaranteed & supported for 30 days

Whatever the role needs, we actively support your new hire through the first 30 days — and if it still doesn't work out, we replace them at no extra cost.

07

We handle offboarding

If it's time to let someone go within the first 30 days, we handle that conversation directly, so you don't have to have the difficult talk yourself. With Managed Hire, we handle it for as long as you're with us.

08

One flat fee, quoted up front

Direct Hire from $750, Managed Hire from $500 to start. Your exact quote comes after your intake, so you'll know exactly what you'll pay before we start. A deposit, taken from that fee, greenlights the search. No subscription for hiring; Managed Hire is the only monthly option, if you want it.

Roles we help you hire

These come up most, but Done-For-You Hiring isn’t limited to them — one hire or several. Pick one to start your intake.

Don’t see your role? Tell us in the intake or chat with us, and we’ll let you know if we can find the right person.

How it works

1

Tell us what you need

Role, headcount, salary range, and timeline in a quick intake. A straightforward, detailed role gets its quote right away; for complex roles, we may suggest a short discovery call first.

2

We source, screen & verify

Our team sources candidates, runs first-round interviews, checks references and background, and confirms they're work-ready with the right equipment.

3

Pick your way

Choose straight from the shortlist, with an intro video or audio, interview notes and scores for every candidate, or take candidates further yourself — your call. We only introduce people who have what it takes to succeed in the role.

4

Hire — we handle the rest

After your intake, an initial deposit — taken from your total fee — greenlights the search. We support your hire through the first 30 days, with a free replacement if it's needed, and we handle offboarding too. Want us to keep managing them? See Managed Hire.

Optional · Managed Hire

First time hiring from the Philippines? Let us manage your hire, too.

Once you’ve chosen your hire, you can hand us the HR side. Your hire works for you, and we take care of pay, attendance and replacements, so you can spend your time on the work that grows your business.

  • No payroll to run

You pay one invoice a month, covering your hire’s pay and our management fee, and we pay your hire. No international transfers, currency questions or paperwork on your side.

  • See their attendance live

Your own dashboard shows when your hire clocks in and out, in your time zone, with a photo at every clock-in.

  • An end-of-day summary, every day

Before clocking out, your hire writes what they worked on. It’s on your dashboard, so you don’t have to chase updates.

  • Guaranteed replacement, no additional cost

Replacing a hire is costly. With Managed Hire, if your hire leaves or isn’t working out, we find you a replacement at no additional cost, for as long as you’re with us. How it works.

  • You focus on the work

Your hire takes direction from you on daily tasks, so your files and accounts stay between you. We handle the rest, and we’re a message away if anything comes up.

Ask about Managed Hire Month to month, cancel with 30 days’ notice. Mention it in your intake, or just ask when we send your quote.

Replacing a hire is costly

  • 1
A new search, a new fee. With Direct Hire, once the first 30 days have passed, finding someone new means paying another recruiting fee.
  • 2
Weeks without help. The work piles up while you post, screen and interview all over again.
  • 3
Training from scratch. Everything your last hire learned walks out the door with them.
Managed Hire · Guaranteed

If your hire leaves or isn’t working out, we find you a replacement. Guaranteed.

$0additional cost, for as long as you’re with us

You don’t start over and you don’t pay again. We run the search, introduce the new person, and their predecessor’s recorded walkthrough of the daily work gets them up to speed fast.

How soon? It depends on the role: some roles are quick to fill, specialized ones take longer. We start the search the day you tell us, and it never costs you extra.

Frequently asked questions

Is Done-For-You Hiring different from posting a job myself?

Yes. Posting a job yourself means reviewing every applicant and running your own interviews. Done-For-You Hiring is exactly what it sounds like: our team sources, screens, and runs first-round interviews for each hire you need — whether that's one person or several — so you're not sifting through resumes or interviewing candidates yourself. You review a ready-to-hire shortlist and make the final call.

Do you interview candidates for me?

Yes. Our team sources candidates and runs structured first-round interviews, and you get our written notes and scores for each one. Every candidate on your shortlist also comes with an intro video or audio, so you can see how they communicate before you decide. Pick straight from the shortlist, or take any candidate further with your own interview. Either way, we only introduce candidates we're confident have what it takes to succeed in the role.

Do you check references or run background checks?

Yes. We check references and run background verification on every candidate we introduce — we verify it ourselves, we don't just take a candidate's word for it.

Are candidates equipped to work right away?

Yes. We confirm each candidate has a proper workstation and the right technology for the role — including things like a noise-cancelling headset — before they start, so they're work-ready from day one, not just claiming to be.

What if a hire doesn't work out?

Whatever the role needs, we actively support your new hire through the first 30 days. If a placement still doesn't work out in that window, we'll source a replacement at no additional cost.

Do I need to be hiring multiple people to use this?

No. Done-For-You Hiring works whether you need one hire or several in the same role — the process is the same either way, and pricing is per hire, so there's no minimum headcount.

Who handles it if I need to let someone go later?

Within the first 30 days after the hire, we do: tell us and we'll handle the offboarding conversation directly, so you don't have to have that difficult talk yourself. After 30 days, a Direct Hire is yours to manage, including letting them go. With Managed Hire, we handle offboarding for as long as you're with us, including their final pay and getting your files back.

How is Done-For-You Hiring priced?

One flat fee per hire: Direct Hire from $750, or Managed Hire from $500 plus a monthly invoice covering your hire's pay and a management fee from $190. Fees depend on the experience level and how many skills the role needs, so your exact quote comes after your intake, within 1 business day, and you'll know exactly what you'll pay before the search starts. It's paid in two parts, with no subscription: an initial deposit, taken from that total fee, greenlights the search once we confirm scope; the remaining balance is due once your hire is confirmed. The only monthly option is Managed Hire, and only if you choose to add it.

How fast can you replace a Managed Hire, and what does it cost?

A replacement costs you nothing extra: with Managed Hire, it’s guaranteed at no additional cost for as long as you’re with us. How soon depends on the role. Some roles are quick to fill and specialized ones take longer, but we start the search the day you tell us, and your previous hire’s recorded walkthrough of the daily work helps the new person get up to speed fast. With Direct Hire, the free replacement covers the first 30 days; after that, a new search means a new recruiting fee.

What is Managed Hire?

An optional add-on once you've chosen your hire, popular with employers hiring from the Philippines for the first time. Instead of running payroll yourself, you pay us one invoice a month, covering your hire's pay and our management fee, and we pay your hire. You get your own dashboard showing when they clock in and out (with a photo at each clock-in, in your time zone) and a short end-of-day summary of what they worked on. If your hire leaves or isn't working out, we replace them at no extra recruiting cost for as long as you're with us. Your hire still takes direction from you on daily work. It's month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. If you later want to hire them directly instead, a one-time conversion fee applies, which goes down the longer they've worked with you; it's set out in your agreement before you sign. Ask about it in your intake or when we send your quote.

Do I need a discovery call first?

Not always. If your intake describes a straightforward role in detail, we send your quote right away. For complex or specialized roles, we may suggest a short discovery call first, so we understand exactly what you need before we quote.

What roles does Done-For-You Hiring cover?

Common requests include sales and appointment setting, intake/front desk, medical billing, customer support, IT support, data entry, virtual and executive assistants, bookkeeping, marketing, design and web development. Don’t see yours? Tell us the role and headcount in the intake form, or ask us in the chat.

Can Done-For-You Hiring move fast if I need someone urgently?

Yes — tell us your timeline in the intake form and we'll prioritize accordingly. Done-For-You Hiring exists partly for urgent hiring needs where you don't have weeks to run a process yourself.
