All-Access — $29 flat, per job post: 1 active job post, live for a 30-day window that starts once your post goes live, then it pauses (post another for $29 to keep hiring). Includes unlimited applicants, full candidate profiles and contact details from day one, AI-matched candidates, in-app messaging, instant video interviews, and an applicant tracking pipeline. No subscription and no recurring charges — you only pay when you post. Two optional add-ons: AI Candidate Audit ($15 per job post) and Browse Talent ($19 top-up, 30 days of proactive candidate search — regularly $29, save $10).
Done-For-You Hiring — one flat fee per hire, quoted up front: our team sources, screens and interviews candidates, checks references and equipment, and hands you a shortlist. Every role is different, so we'd rather send you a quote after a short intake than guess; you pay it as a deposit plus a balance once your hire is confirmed. How it works.

The AI Candidate Audit is an optional $15 add-on per job post. WorkBase AI analyzes all applicants against your job description and categorizes each one as a match or mismatch, with a brief 3-word reason for each mismatch (e.g., "Low Experience", "Missing Tool Skill").
Mismatched applicants are archived — not deleted — and you can view them anytime. Qualified candidates stay front and center on your dashboard.
Browse Talent lets you proactively search the full specialist pool by skill instead of only waiting for applicants to come to you. Type a skill — e.g. bookkeeping, Shopify, cold calling — and swipe through ranked profiles, most-complete first.
Liking, passing, or leaving a profile undecided in Browse Talent shows up as a reference tag if that same specialist later applies to one of your job posts, so your team sees the same context in both places.
Browse Talent requires an active $29 All-Access plan to top up — it isn't included in the $29 by default. The top-up is a $19 purchase good for 30 days (regularly $29, save $10) from the moment you buy it. Once you've topped up, Browse Talent keeps working for that full 30 days even if your $29 All-Access lapses in the meantime — the All-Access requirement only applies when you buy the top-up, not the whole time you're using it. Once your 30 days run out, you'll need an active $29 All-Access plan again before you can top up Browse Talent for another 30 days.
For employers: Verification is required for long-term hiring and optional for project-based hiring. It's a one-time process. Any one of the following is accepted (must include your business name and address):
Once your documents are approved, a blue "Verified Business" checkmark appears next to your company name on job listings, so specialists can see you're a confirmed, registered business.
For specialists: No mandatory verification to get started — you go live in the marketplace as soon as you sign up. Complete your profile (a video or audio intro, resume, internet speed test, and work-style assessment) to appear in more employer matches — the more complete your profile, the higher you rank in employer searches.
It means that employer submitted documentation — like a business license, utility bill, or government-issued permit — showing a registered business name and physical address, and our team reviewed and approved it. It's a trust signal, not an endorsement: specialists should still use their own judgment about any role or employer.
No. Posting a job on WorkBase PH has no subscription and no recurring charges: you pay a one-time flat $29 per job post, and that's it — post only when you're hiring. Each $29 fee is non-refundable once the post goes live.
Done-For-You Hiring is a one-time fee per hire, too. The only monthly options are optional ones you choose: Managed Hire after a Done-For-You hire, and SEO and growth support under Launch Startup Services.
It's our hands-off hiring service. Instead of posting a job and screening applicants yourself, our team sources candidates, runs first-round interviews, checks references and background, and confirms each person has the equipment to work from day one. One flat fee per hire, quoted after a short intake. Every role is different, so we'd rather send you a quote than guess — you'll know exactly what you'll pay before the search starts. It's a one-time fee, not a subscription. You pay it in two parts: a deposit (taken from that total fee) starts the search once we confirm the scope, and the balance is due once your hire is confirmed. If you'd like us to keep managing your hire afterwards, Managed Hire is optional: we pay them, track their attendance and replace them if needed, for one monthly fee.

Job posts: the $29 is paid at checkout through PayPal, by card or with a PayPal account. You don't need a PayPal account.
Done-For-You Hiring, Managed Hire and Launch Startup Services: we email you an invoice with a link to pay through Wise, by bank transfer (ACH in the US, online banking or Interac in Canada) or by card. You don't need a Wise account. If you pay by bank transfer, just put the invoice number in the payment reference.
Prices are in US dollars. If you're in Canada, we can invoice you the Canadian-dollar equivalent so you can pay from your Canadian bank. Invoices and receipts come from Curators Marketplace, the registered business name behind WorkBase PH.
We actively support your new hire through the first 30 days. If the placement still doesn't work out in that window, we source a replacement at no extra cost. And if it's ever time to part ways later, we handle the offboarding conversation for you.

Every project is quoted to fit what you need — no hourly billing. Website and automation work is a fixed, one-time fee, and you own what we build. SEO and growth support is a monthly retainer with agreed deliverables. If you run ads, the ad spend goes to your own ad account, never our fee.

Yes. You can post a $29 job to hire a virtual assistant while our team builds your website, for example — or start with one service and add more later. Plenty of founders start with just one.
Yes — 100% free. WorkBase PH earns only from employers: the $29 job-post fee, our Done-For-You Hiring and Launch Startup Services fees, and with Managed Hire, a fee the employer pays on top of the hire's agreed pay. We never charge specialists a registration fee, commission, or platform fee, and we never take a cut of your pay. Every peso you earn through a WorkBase PH match belongs entirely to you.
Once your profile is complete — including your personality video, assessment results, and work setup details — you become discoverable to employers, including through Browse Talent, where employers search the specialist pool by skill. You can also browse open job posts and apply directly.
Employers review applicants, watch your video introduction, and reach out through the built-in inbox to schedule an interview. The stronger and more complete your profile, the more likely employers are to choose you.
The Personality Assessment is a 20-question work-style profile that reveals your communication strengths, work preferences, and best-fit employer type. Your results appear permanently on your profile and are visible to every employer who views you.
It cannot be re-taken or removed once submitted — so take your time and answer honestly.
Record a 5–10 minute personality reel using Loom, YouTube (unlisted), or Vocaroo. Talk about who you are, how you work, what you're great at, and what kind of employer or project you're looking for. Be real — authenticity wins.

When an employer wants to interview you, they send two available time slots directly to your Inbox inside the WorkBase PH dashboard. Open your Inbox, review both options, and click Confirm on the one that works best.
A Jitsi video meeting link is automatically generated and shared with both of you. No email chains, no scheduling tools — everything happens inside the platform.
Yes — by keeping an active profile, you allow WorkBase PH to feature excerpts of your public profile (photos, video/audio intro, skills, work samples) in our own marketing, like the website, social media, and ads, to showcase the platform and our talent pool.
Before we use anything externally, we blur your face and remove all personal contact details — email, phone number, exact address, and social/messaging handles. This is separate from, and more limited than, the full profile employers see when hiring. Yes. WorkBase PH is a Philippine hiring platform, registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), that connects employers with Filipino freelancers and remote specialists. Here's what protects both sides:
Not by hand on the $29 plan. Specialists sign up for free and their profiles go live straight away, so the pool isn't limited by a screening queue. What you get instead is information: work history, expected rate, availability, an internet speed test on nearly every completed profile, and a video or audio intro on some. AI matching ranks candidates against your job description, and you run the interviews. If you want our team to source, screen, interview and check references for you, that's Done-For-You Hiring.
Yes. A $29 post stays live for 30 days with unlimited applicants, and hiring someone doesn't close it, so you can hire as many people as you need for that role from one post. Each different role is its own $29 post. To search the whole specialist pool yourself, add Browse Talent ($19 for 30 days). For several hires you'd rather not run yourself, Done-For-You Hiring handles one role or several at once, for a flat fee per hire.
It depends on how you hire.
$29 job post or Done-For-You Direct Hire: no. You pay your specialist directly, usually through Wise, Payoneer or PayPal, and you keep 100% control of the arrangement. Managed Hire: yes. We pay your hire on the schedule set up for your placement (monthly, twice a month, or by the hour for hourly roles), track their attendance and send you one invoice a month. Your hire works with us under a contractor agreement, so there's no payroll or paperwork on your side.
Either way, WorkBase PH isn't an employer of record, so if you need someone formally employed in the Philippines, you'd use an EOR service.
No. All specialists on WorkBase PH are independent contractors. WorkBase PH is a matchmaking intermediary and does not create an employment relationship with either specialists or employers. Specialists are solely responsible for their own tax filings and compliance with applicable law (e.g., BIR filings in the Philippines).
WorkBase PH is compliant with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and aligned with internationally recognized standards including ISO/IEC 27001 and GDPR. We are a duly registered business with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). Your personal information is handled with care, security, and integrity at every step.
