Every specialist on the platform has gone through a vetting process before showing up in your matches, so you're not sorting through unqualified applicants. You post a role, set your requirements, and we make sure only screened candidates come through.

You have three self-service plans:

Starter ($15 flat): Up to 2 active job posts. Includes unlimited applications, free messaging, candidate profiles, standard listing visibility, and built-in interview scheduling. AI Candidate Audit available as a $15 add-on. Perfect for one-off or project-based hiring.

Essential ($49/month, 7-day free trial): Up to 10 active job posts, unlimited applicants, unlimited messaging, applicant tracking (pipeline view), interview scheduling, and Priority Listing visibility included. 1 user login. AI Candidate Audit add-on at $15/post. Annual plan: $490/year (2 months free).

Pro ($79/month, 7-day free trial): Unlimited job posts, everything in Essential, plus 3 team seats (recruiter, HR manager & admin), Unlimited AI Profile Audits, and Priority Support — dedicated email & chat line. Annual plan: $790/year (2 months free).

The AI Candidate Audit is a one-time, $15 add-on available on Starter and Essential plans (included free and unlimited on Pro). After paying, WorkBase AI analyzes all applicants against your Job Description and categorizes each one as a match or mismatch, with a brief 3-word reason for each mismatch (e.g., "Low Experience", "Missing Tool Skill").

Mismatched applicants are archived — not deleted — and you can view them anytime by clicking "Show Filtered Candidates." Qualified candidates remain front and center on your dashboard.

If you use the $15 add-on more than twice in a month, you'll see an in-app suggestion to upgrade to Pro for unlimited audits.

It depends on your hiring type. Project-based / freelance employers can skip verification entirely and go straight to selecting a plan. Long-term employers go through a quick verification before they can post jobs.

We do this to protect our talent community — our specialists deserve to know they're dealing with real, legitimate businesses.

Your document must include your business name and address. Any one of the following is accepted:

• Utility bill (internet, electricity, or water addressed to your company)
• Business License or Articles of Incorporation
• Tax Permit or Insurance Document
• Lease or Franchise Agreement
• Industry-specific or government-issued license

You can upload your document during signup or from your dashboard at any time. Once verified, your account is fully activated.

Yes. Essential and Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your Billing tab. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you keep full access until then. Monthly and annual fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

Yes — 100% free. WorkBase PH earns exclusively from employer subscription and placement fees. We never charge specialists a registration fee, commission, or platform fee. Every peso you earn through a WorkBase PH match belongs entirely to you.

Once your profile is complete — including your personality video, assessment results, and verified readiness documents — you become discoverable to employers on the platform. You can also browse open job posts and apply directly. Employers review applicants, watch your video introduction, and reach out through the built-in inbox to schedule an interview. The stronger and more complete your profile, the more likely employers are to choose you.

The Personality Assessment is a 20-question work-style profile that reveals your communication strengths, work preferences, and best-fit employer type. Your results permanently appear on your profile and are visible to every employer who views you. It cannot be re-taken or removed once submitted — so take your time and answer honestly. This is what makes our matching smarter than a standard job board.

Record a 5–10 minute personality reel using Loom, YouTube (unlisted), or Vocaroo. Talk about who you are, how you work, what you're great at, and what kind of employer or project you're looking for. Be real — authenticity wins. If you're camera-shy, a voice recording over your work samples works too. Make sure your audio is clear and your environment is clean and professional.

When an employer wants to interview you, they send two available time slots directly to your Inbox inside the WorkBase PH dashboard. You'll see a notification bell icon light up. Open your Inbox, review both time options, and click Confirm on the one that works best for you. Once confirmed, a Jitsi video meeting link is automatically generated and shared with both you and the employer. No email chains. No scheduling tools. Everything happens inside the platform.

No. All specialists on WorkBase PH are independent contractors. WorkBase PH is a matchmaking intermediary and does not create an employment relationship with either specialists or employers. Specialists are solely responsible for their own tax filings and compliance with applicable law (e.g., BIR filings in the Philippines).

WorkBase PH is compliant with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and aligned with internationally recognized standards including ISO/IEC 27001 and GDPR. We are a duly registered business with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). Your personal information is handled with care, security, and integrity at every step.
