How is pricing structured?
Website and brand work is a fixed project fee, scoped to what we agree on during your discovery call — no hourly billing. SEO and growth support is a monthly retainer covering an agreed set of deliverables. If you run paid ads, ad spend goes directly to your own ad account — it's never part of our fee.
Is this an on-call service?
No — this is a managed service on a set cadence, not real-time or 24/7 support. Expect scheduled updates and a regular reporting call, with replies to messages typically within 1–2 business days. Website builds include a set number of revision rounds; requests outside what we scoped together are quoted separately or slotted into the next cycle rather than handled ad hoc.
